Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
The CIL Regulations require a completed return from every Parish / Town Council that has ever received CIL funds.
The total CIL receipts for the year refers to CIL payments received from Somerset Council in April 2023 and in October 2023.
The total CIL expenditure for the year refers to any items / projects South Petherton Parish Council have funded (fully or partially) through CIL between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024.
