ALLOTMENTS AT WHITFIELD LANE
We have 97 allotment plots in 3 sizes (quarter, half and full plots) at Whitfield Lane, South Petherton. The allotment plots are available for parish residents although there is currently a short waiting list. Please email the Parish Council to
join the waiting list. If you wish to know more about the allotments please contact the Allotments Society Committee
The community meadow has been sown and is developing. Thank you to the South Petherton Tree and Wildlife Group (TWiG) for all their continued work on this area.
The remainder of the Whitfield field is farmed through a Farm Business Tenancy. The Parish Council also own a field at Pitway which is let through a Farm Business Tenancy.
