Here are details of events happening in the Parish to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III
LIVE screening at 11am in the Blake Hall
The Blake Hall committee have announced that there will be a LIVE screening of the King’s Coronation on Saturday 6th May at the Hall.
The event is being hosted by the 1st South Petherton Brownies, is open to the whole community and is free of charge.
Refreshments will be served with donations requested towards fundraising for future Brownies events.
St Peter and St Paul Church are hosting a Coronation Day picnic at 3pm.
Bring chairs or a rug and your best good cheer to our coronation picnic. (There will be tables but not outdoor chairs.) Free cake provided! Music! Children’s coronation-themed fancy dress competition! If it’s wet, it will relocate inside the church.
